Grapevine promotes a positive behavior support system called PBIS. PBIS is defined as Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports. Four expectations define the Grizzly Way:

1. Show Respect
2. Make Responsible Choices
3. Solve Problems 
4. Be Safe

Our school developed a manual for our staff called  The Grizzly Way .
